Alright, The Office is hands down, the best show I’ve ever watched, and that’s saying something. I remember my friends awhile ago would always try to make me watch it and I never really could get into it, probably cause I was starting on random episodes. This year I started watching it from start to finish, all 9 seasons, and may I just say I have spent the last hour balling my eyes out after watching the last episode.
This show is more than dry humor, characters with insane personality, and a great plot, overall the meaning of the show resides so heavily with me. Basically how I see it is that it’s a show about what seems to be a boring old paper company, but it’s really so much more. The Office made something small, and average, become something so big and so special. Each character has something lovable about them, and they all serve a signifigance. Sure the show threw curve ball after curve ball, but it all comes full circle in the end.
Once you’ve been watching the show you pick up on the lingo, the jokes, the pranks, and just simply how outlandish some of it is, and that’s what makes it the amazing show it is. I will never regret wasting nights out with friends, to simply stay home and binge the show. This show and frankly the characters will have a place in my heart. And if you’ve never watched it all the way through than your missing out BIG TIME.
